Come join the experience of feeling happy young and free. This yoga class is like no other and therefore is hard to explain. We will stretch, we will pose and we will dance but it’s more than just movement. We will tap into some primal movement, do some breath activation. It will be the opportunity for you to connect and with your body and integrate what it wants and needs. It’s going to be a blast I promise and I will end the class with a sound healing immersion journey you have never experienced before.
